Project Scope:

Design state-of-the-art security system for stadium; oversight of security contractors; liaison with owners regarding status of project. The project involvement consisted of a multilevel security design and application including the master plan conceptual design, security technology evaluation and recommendation and final design and implementation into overall topology of the stadium security including the technology integration with law enforcement agencies. 

 


National Grid (formerly Keyspan Energy) Various locations in the North East U.S.

Project Scope:

 

Conducted a comprehensive security upgrade and design of behalf of National Grid (formerly known as KeySpan) for the company’s North East Region (New England and New York). National Grid assets that required security protection included facilities for liquefied natural gas (LNG), propane and diesel, power generation stations with LNG and critical infrastructure.  The multimillion dollar security technology implementation project included the consolidation of the older equipment, upgrading with state of the art video and access control equipment and merging various protocols and technologies into one seamless master system.

Site Surveys to implement NERC-CIP as per regulatory requirements. Evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities.

 


Met Life Stadium  East Rutherford, NJ

Project Manager; Liaison to the owners, Engineer, Security System Designer

Project Scope:

 

Design high tech security system for stadium; oversight of security contractors; liaison with owners regarding status of project. The project security design and implementation included close interactions with state of the art security technologies requested specifically by the owners. As an appointed liaison to the owners the responsibilities included the oversight of manufactures and their proposed technologies to ensure the seamless integration of security equipment and topologies to provide the requested System of Systems.

 


Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA)  New York, NY
2006-2007, 2009-2010

Project Role: 

Project Manager. 

Project Scope:

Mr. Grajcar acted as the technical expert to support the Expert Witness, Howard Safir. This work included a comprehensive study of the MTA Capital Security Program presented corporately by New York City seven agencies which incorporated state of the art digital video systems and the access control systems with multiple security related equipment to provide the System of Systems solution. The digital video virtual solution was based on the MTA prioritization and common practices based on the Design Basis Threat resulting from emerging threats and risks. This included analysis of program initiatives, threat / risk studies and mitigation planning resulting in a comprehensive analysis report to the Security Director of the MTA.
