Christopher
Grajcar brings over 30 years of experience in security management. Mr. Grajcar has been responsible for providing
project management and operations solutions to clients with multi-location
global portfolios. Mr. Grajcar is highly
experienced in Operating Systems, Computer Networks and communication
protocols.
Mr.
Grajcar spent the last decade as Director of Security Consulting for Guidepost
Solutions, LLC, and Associate Director of Security for SafirRosetti, Inc., both
located in New York City with offices worldwide.Mr. Grajcar oversaw
a number of important projects, including the design and implementation of
various security aspects and systems for over 75 sites owned by National Grid (formerly Keyspan
Energy). The sites included Power Generation Plants, Gas Take Stations, and
Electrical Substations. In addition, Mr. Grajcar designed and implemented the
central monitoring facility for all involved sites.
Mr.
Grajcar also served as the project director and security liaison to the Yankee
Security Team for the construction of the new Yankee Stadium. The
work included security implementation and project management during the
construction of the stadium as well as implementing policies and test
procedures once the stadium was open for operations. Similarly, Mr. Grajcar has
acted as a liaison to the owners and the stadium security team of the Met
Life Stadium on various security equipment, implementation and policies
during and after the construction of the stadium.
Additionally,
Mr. Grajcar was part of the teams tasked with evaluating building security and
designing and implementing an integrated solution for public schools in
Connecticut and New York, and designing the security for several CBRE multilevel, multitenant buildings in New York
and New Jersey. The CBRE projects also involved lobby security layout with
access control and turnstiles. Mr.
Grajcar has designed large-scale, state-of-the-art integrated security systems
and managed the installation and integration of complex security systems
including access control, digital video recording, CCTV, intercom and
programmable logic controls. He effectively interacts with all parties involved
and skillfully leads the technical teams through precision planning and
scheduling to successful completion of projects.
Prior
to joining Guidepost Solutions, Mr. Grajcar was a Senior Project Manager for Siemens Co., a Technology Design
Engineer for ADT’s SS&E Team and a
Regional Systems Manager for Diversified Control Systems, Inc.
Mr.
Grajcar has an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, and both a Bachelor
and Master of Science in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson
University.
